My research interests lie at the intersection of solid-state technology, circuit design, and computer-aided design. I am specifically interested in robust circuit design techniques, statistical design and analysis approaches to CAD, design for manufacturability, and low-power circuit design. I work with a group of students and collaborators organized around the Robust IC Design Lab.
I am the co-author with Sani Nassif and Duane Boning of the book Design for Manufacturability and Statistical Design: A Constructive Approach published by Springer.
I received my Ph.D.
from UC Berkeley in 2001, where I was a member of the Semiconductor Device Group
of Professor
I co-organized (with Prof. David Pan) a new UT VLSI Seminar Series. The detailed information and the schedule can be found at www.cerc.utexas.edu/vlsi-seminar/.
