Summary:

1. Ramakrishnan reported that Browne and Varadarajan had a couple of
   telcos on the integration of POEMS and Weaves.

2. Rappaport applied for two REUs on the Montage project.

3. Shakkottai applied for one REU on the ITR project.

4. Ramakrishnan reported on the use of S^4W by faculty at the
   University of Toronto. Based on the feedback from Toronto, it is
   planned to update the user manual. Weiwei might get involved in
   this at some stage.
