Dr. Otto M. Friedrich, Jr. is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from The University of Texas in Electrical Engineering. His research and engineering consulting is primarily in electro-optical instrumentation and signal processing. Dr. Friedrich has diversified experience in design, fabrication, testing, and analysis of electrical and electronic components and systems. Emphasis on pulsed power systems, analog and digital signal processing, LASER and electro-optical instrumentation. Expertise in technology assessment, trend forecasting, trade-off analysis, and strategic market impact projections.
