Membership program year aligns with the academic year, but companies can join any time. Partners can join mid-year one time for a reduced fee of $11,000, allowing for program benefits to be used during the spring semester. Small companies and non-profits can join mid-year for $7,500.

Featured tables in the EER lobby. Consider demos, informal coffee chats with engineers, office hours, and food/swag giveaways. 3600 students pass through the building for classes each day. Exposure to other engineering majors possible. One company in lobby per day.

|Lunch||One per semester|
|Your chance to invite a select group of students in ECE (e.g., freshman, students who have completed the Intro to Data Science course, PhDs, scholarship recipients). Lead informal discussion on a topic of your choice, such as fellowship opportunities, bring a group of hiring managers to talk casually about their area of expertise. Maximum attendance is 35.

|Host a 30-minute session on a career topic: how to talk to reps at a job fair; how to build a resume by participating in campus activites as a freshman; how to stand out in the intern pool; opportunities for ECE students in your industry; the career path. Encourage students in their first semester to explore!
Hosting a Successful Freshman Classroom Session

|Network and visit with our student orgs in a casual environment. Play games, build, provide midnight breakfast during midterms or finals week. Arrange for students to go off-campus to a movie, bowling alley, or visit your company for a special event or mixer. Presentations are not appropriate (that would be categorized as a tech talk.)

|Monthly graduate student social + presentation, the first Thursday of each month school is in session. One corporate host per event. December, March, and May events are socials only.
Hosting a Successful Grad Extravaganza
|Networking night for ECE students and companies to interact in a casual atmosphere the night before the Tech and Science job fair. Held in September/January in the EER building, home of ECE.|

|Be creative! Host a movie night, scavenger hunt, homework study session with alumni, interview prep session, open office hours. Celebrate International Women’s Day, Engineers Week, etc. with our students. These events are different than workshops/tech talks because they may require a special setup, or be of longer duration. Catering for events is not included and is the responsibility of the company to select, order, pay, and clean up following the event.
While computer engineers graduate from this department, we also have a Computer Science Department in the College of Natural Sciences. Consider partnering with them as well to reach another 2000+ students.
