The Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin will host the eleventh annual Edison Lecture Series, this year focusing on big data. The series uses big data as a platform to engage and excite youth from around central Texas about computing and engineering. During the past nine years, the series has reached nearly 26,000 students in the Austin area. The goal of Edison is to introduce middle and high school students to the potential applications and impacts of electrical engineering on the world.

The Edilson Lecture Series would like to thank Phillips 66 for their generous support in making this event possible.
