Redesigning CMOS Electronics: What, Why and How?

This seminar will focus on the effective heterogeneous integration strategy based on mature and reliable CMOS technology to integrate hybrid materials and diverse set of devices for multidisciplinary applications. How the integration would facilitate augmentation of quality of life through integrated CMOS electronic systems will also be addressed.

Muhammad Mustafa Hussain

KAUST

Dr. Hussain has served as a lead author and inventor in more than 350 journal/conference papers. His recent lab innovation Bluefin received wide media coverage by Washington Post, CNN etc. He is a Fellow of IEEE, American Physical Society and Institute of Physics (UK) for his contributions to flexible and stretchable CMOS electronic circuits and high-k/metal gate planar and non-planar CMOS electronics.
