Academic Computer Services

Academic Computer Services provides information technology support for the ECE and Aerospace Engineering departments.

Contact IT

There are several ways to contact the IT support staff.

• Email
  Send an email to help@ece.utexas.edu to open a help request.
• In Person
  Support staff are available in ENS 340, Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
  The Helpdesk is closed for lunch from 12 PM - 1 PM.
• Phone
  Call the Helpdesk at (512) 232-3383 Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
  The Helpdesk is closed for lunch from 12 PM - 1 PM.
• Web
  Submit help requests online using the service request form.
