On Thursday, February 7, 2008, at approximately 6:30pm, all Windows-based computer labs managed by ECE-IT lost commodity Internet access due to a communication error between ECE, ISO, and ITS-TN. The issue was resolved at 7:37pm the same evening. Steps have been taken to prevent any similar outages from occurring.
