There are several ways to contact the IT support staff.
Simply send an email to help@ece.utexas.edu to open a help request.
In person
Stop by room ENS 340 to speak with support staff directly Monday thru Friday from 8am to noon and 1pm to 6pm.
Phone
Call the help desk at (512) 232-3383 Monday thru Friday from 8am to noon and 1pm to 6pm.
