IT Helpdesk

There are several ways to contact the IT support staff:

Email 

Send an email to help@ece.utexas.edu to open a help request ticket. This is the best and fastest way to resolve IT issues or to have IT-related questions answered.

In Person 

Support staff are available in UTA 6.508, Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. 
The Helpdesk is closed for lunch from 12 PM - 1 PM.

Phone 

Call the Helpdesk at (512) 232-3383 Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.
