Locations

The ECE department has six main computer labs located in the ENS and ACA buildings:

ENS 317

The general purpose computing lab for the ENS building. This lab houses 38 Linux workstations, 30 Windows workstations, and three printers. Graduate students may access this lab after hours using their UT ID card, once it has been activated by Fred Kirby.

ENS 2nd Floor

There are numerous computer labs located on the second floor. Collectively, these are called the "2nd floor labs." The 2nd floor labs are used for hands-on work with electronic circuits. They provide full workbench workspaces, each equipped with a power supply, oscilloscope, function generator, and digital acquisition board. Equipment can be checked out from the 2nd floor equipment checkout counter.
