Allow people to subscribe to various feeds to target news they wish to read about:

• ECE News
• Seminars
• Graduate Student announcements
• Etc

This is technically easy to set up, however we will need to categorize our news to fully take advantage of RSS feeds.

11-27-2007: We have RSS Feeds runing for all of our news Items, we are waiting on other projects to complete the other feeds.
