Allow faculty to register machines that can use matlab

Project Long Description

Currently the process is manual. Mary recieves a list from the BME and ECE faculty of their computers then she manually updated the license server with the access list.

If there was a web form the process could be simplfied where she can just approve the machines then the license server would get updated every night with the new list.

• Setup web form for Faculty
• Generate a list of machines each night
• Program license server to read new list each night
