Replace or upgrade existing calendar for reservations, etc.

This new calendar will provide the ability to:

• Allow people to submit events and once approved appear in the 'new flash' section of the web
• Update the room reservation system to add more rooms.
• Schedule Meetings with other people (busy/free scheduling)

• Phase 1: Generic templates and view structure for webpages.
• Phase 2: Associate different models with the calendar view.
• Phase 3: Scheduling code development.
