Who Qualifies for an ECE LRC Account?

Students

All ECE majors, minors, and graduate students qualify to have an ECE LRC account. The account will remain active until one year after graduating from or leaving the ECE department.

All non-ECE students who are currently enrolled in any ECE course. The account will remain active for the duration of the course and automatically deactivates at the end of the semester.

Faculty

All ECE faculty and visiting faculty members can request an account. Please email your UT EID to help@ece.utexas.edu to request a faculty account to be set up.

Staff

All ECE staff members can request an account. Please email your UT EID to help@ece.utexas.edu to request a staff account to be set up.

Guests

ECE faculty may request a guest account to be set up for a visiting scholar or researcher. The guest will need an UT EID in order to create an ECE account. Please email both your UT EID and the guest's UT EID to help@ece.utexas.edu to request the guest ECE account. Be sure to include justification for why the guest needs an account and specify the length of time the guest's account should remain open.
