Students

All ECE majors, minors, and graduate students qualify to have an ECE LRC account. These accounts will remain active until one year after the student graduates or leaves the department.

All non-ECE students who are currently enrolled in any ECE course are also eligible for an ECE account. These accounts remain active for the duration of the course and are automatically disabled at the end of the semester.

Faculty and Staff

All ECE faculty, visiting faculty, and ECE staff are eligible for an account. If you need your account prior to your official appointment date, please e-mail your UT EID to help@ece.utexas.edu to request the set up of your account.

Guests

ECE faculty may request a guest account to be set up. The guest will need a UT EID in order to create an ECE account. Please e-mail both your UT EID and the guest's UT EID to help@ece.utexas.edu to request the guest ECE account. Be sure to include justification for why the guest needs an account and specify the length of time the guest's account should remain active.
