ECE Undergraduate Scholarships for Continuing Students

Who is eligible?

Incoming Students are not eligible for ECE undergraduate scholarships. These scholarships are only available to continuing ECE students. If you are freshman or transfer student, you may visit the Cockrell School of Engineering Scholarship Program and the UT Office of Student Financial Services for more information.
Incoming international students are not eligible for ECE undergraduate scholarships. These scholarships are for continuing students only. For continuing international students please fill out the online application. The University of Texas has online information for international students here.

To be considered for both ECE-specific scholarships and Cockrell School of Engineering scholarships, you need to fill out the Cockrell School of Engineering application which is online at https://utdirect.utexas.edu/engine/scholarship/
Go to the UT Office of Financial Services to apply for UT-wide scholarships.

Watch the bulletin boards outside ENS 135 and ENS 316 for notices of new scholarships you can apply for, usually through the Cockrell School of Engineering, another university, an engineering society, or a private corporation.
Update your electronic application regularly and have it completed by the deadlines.
If you are selected to receive a scholarship, the Cockrell School of Engineering will send you a letter of notification.
