We are excited to work with you to plan your next event with Texas ECE! To ensure that your event is successful, please provide us with the following event information. A confirmation and copy of this form will be sent to you via email. Note the following:
Events are processed on a first come/first served basis, based on receipt of complete information.
Plan your event as early as possible! Forms received within 2 weeks of the event date may result in cancellation of the event.
Submit changes via this original form. Late changes cannot be guaranteed.
All events require the attendance of at least one company representative and a mobile phone number is required. Events later than 7pm will be staff by an ECE staff member only on a case-by-case exception basis.
Packages and Shipping: If you need to ship items to Texas ECE in advance of an event, contact Theresa Claiborne at email@example.com. Texas ECE cannot be responsible for coordinating package shipments after the conclusion of an an event, but staff can provide recommendations for local shipping services.
