Dr. Manuel Rausch (ASE/EM, BME, Oden) will share his experience as an international student and as someone who passionately cares about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He will speak specifically about how his challenges as an international student have made it first difficult to be empathetic with others and how he eventually found a path to channel his own otherness into allyship.
