Leslie Martinich is the chair of IEEE-TEMS, and IEEE Women In Engineering, Austin. She has a Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences from UT Austin and worked in the tech industry in Austin for many years, starting as a software engineer and moving into leadership roles for companies such as IBM, Compaq and several startups.

Leslie is the past Chair of IEEE in the Central Texas Section, and a member of the IEEE Awards Board. She is the founder and president of Competitive Focus. She is a
keynote speaker on innovation and engineering leadership at international conferences. She is the Board President of Austin Shakespeare. Ask her about her special skills!
