Join Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and theSkimm co-founders and co-CEOs Danielle Weisberg and Carly Zakin as they discuss their philosophies on life and leading, the ways that new technologies are transforming our society, and Nadella’s new book, Hit Refresh.

Carly and Danielle founded theSkimm, a media company that makes it easier to live smarter, in 2012. With over 6 million subscribers, theSkimm started with a popular daily newsletter but has since evolved into a media brand that is building its business around the routines and behaviors of its core demographic of female millennials.

Registration for this event is not required. VIP seating will be available at the front of the auditorium.
Hogg Memorial Auditorium is located at 2300 Whitis Avenue, near the southeast corner of 24th Street and Guadalupe Street. Parking is available at the San Jacinto Garage, located at 2420 San Antonio Street.

Satya Nadella


Satya Nadella is a father, husband and CEO of Microsoft. On his 21st birthday, he emigrated from Hyderabad, India to the United States to pursue a master’s degree in computer science. After stops in America’s Rust Belt and Silicon Valley, he joined Microsoft in 1992 where he would lead a variety of products and innovations across the company. Nadella’s life is a journey connecting empathy and technology, all to unlock meaningful solutions with customers and partners globally.
