Chris began his career with Exxon Chemical in 1991 after graduating with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Chris started in Polypropylene Manufacturing and served in technical/operations support and supervisory roles. Chris moved to the Intermediates business in 2001 and had roles of increasing geographic scope/responsibility in Business Planning and Analysis, Supply, Manufacturing and Product Stewardship &Advocacy.
Chris moved to the ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing Company in November 2010, where he had responsibility for all aviation fuels operations activities in the Americas region. In January 2014, Chris moved back to ExxonMobil Chemical Company with the Intermediates business unit in a product development role before taking on his current position in November 2014. Chris has been involved with engineering recruiting at the University of Texas at Austin for 11 years and took on the UT ExxonMobil Engineering Recruiting Team Captain role in 2016.
