Cirrus Logic Engineers will host mini-breakout room sessions on Zoom!

11:15–11:45 AM: Backstage pass with Validation/Product Test Engineering with Rhett Jones (Validation Engineer) and Chuka Anako (Product Test Engineer)
Members from our Validation and Product Test Teams will dive into their roles as they discuss the pre-silicon emulation / post-silicon validation efforts to bring leading-edge Mixed Signal Audio chips to market, as well as, how they develop production test solutions for high volume manufacture of complex mixed-signal semiconductors for consumer audio devices. If you’re pursuing a Bachelors in Electrical/Computer Engineering or want to learn more about this career path, join us to hear about how your interests can turn into a career at Cirrus Logic!

12:00–12:30 PM: Backstage pass with Mixed IC Design with Sunny Bhagia (Mixed IC Design Engineer) and Jebakumar Anand (Mixed IC Design Engineer)
Members from our Mixed-IC Design teams will talk through their roles as Analog Design engineers and talk through their involvement in the next generation of Audio CODECs for portable applications. Their roles are involved in all aspects of the design, from concept to production, including specification, architectural development, transistor-level design, layout supervision, chip-level verification, and lab validation. If you’re currently pursuing an MSEE or MSCE degree or want to learn more about this career path, join us to hear about how your interests can turn into a career at Cirrus Logic!

12:45–1:15 PM: Backstage pass with Design Verification with Jacob Read (Design Verification Engineer)
Members from our Design Verification team will provide insight on the duties and job functions of Cirrus Logic engineers who assist with functional verification of mixed-signal audio CODECs. In DV roles, you work closely with digital/analog designers, applications engineers and manufacturing test to support both pre-silicon verification and post silicon validation efforts.  If you’re currently pursuing an MSEE or MSCE degree or want to learn more about this career path, join us to hear about how your interests can turn into a career at Cirrus Logic!

1:30–2:00 PM: Backstage pass with Applications Engineering with Caleb Petrie (Applications Engineer)
Members from our Applications Engineering team will shed light on what it’s like to work in a customer-facing role at Cirrus Logic. Our applications teams are focused on bringing leading edge Mixed Signal Audio devices to market. They play a fundamental role in bringing to market next-generation devices for Cirrus’ growing audio business and ensuring that our customers can easily and effectively integrate our devices into their end products.
