Prof. David Pan received ASP-DAC Frequently Cited Author Award

Prof. David Pan received the Frequently Cited Author Award at the 2015 ACM/IEEE Asia and South Pacific Design Automation Conference  (ASP-DAC), held on Jan. 19-22, in Chiba/Tokyo, Japan. This is a special award given to mark the 20th anniversary of ASP-DAC. The award was given to the top 3 cited authors in the entire 20 years of ASP-DAC.

ASP-DAC 2015 is a high-quality and premium conference on Electronic Design Automation (EDA) area like other sister conferences such as Design Automation Conference (DAC), Design, Automation & Test in Europe (DATE), and International Conference on Computer Aided Design (ICCAD). Asia and South Pacific region is one of the most active regions of design and fabrication of silicon chips in the world. ASP-DAC was started in 1995 and it continuously offers excellent opportunities to share recent advancements on LSI design and design automation areas.

Prof. Pan was also invited to give a special seminar entitled “My Take on ASP-DAC on its 20th Anniversary”, at the ASP-DAC’s 20th Anniversary lunch organized by IEEE CASS/CEDA.
