Ramin Zanbaghi received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering with the highest honors from Sharif University of Technology in 2006. From 2007 to 2011, he was working toward his Ph.D. degree at the Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR. Currently he is with Cirrus Logic Inc., Austin, TX as a senior Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Designer, holding more than 20 U.S. patents. Dr. Zanbaghi has recently started teaching graduate-level delta-sigma modulator design course at University of Texas at Austin as an adjunct faculty, and also has been acting as industry advisor and committee member for the Ph.D. students at Oregon State University research groups. His research interests are sigma-delta converters, VCO-based and time-based converters, class-D audio amplifier designs, switch-mode power converters, and low-power integrated circuit design.
