An international team led by researchers at The University of Texas at Austin has developed components that will allow future devices to achieve increased speeds necessary for such a technological jump.

Professors Lizy John and Jaydeep Kulkarni, along with PhD students Aman Arora, Tanmay Anand, Aatman Borda, Rishabh Sehgal, and Bagus Hanindhito, received the Best Paper Award at the 2022 IEEE Symposium on Field-Programmable Custom Computing Machines.

Every semester some Texas ECE courses have competitions to showcase the projects that they worked on during the semester.

Texas ECE PhD student Tianlong Chen has been awarded a 2022 Adobe Research Fellowship.  Chen is one of only 10 Fellows for 2022.
