On Friday April 5th, UT Austin will be hosting its Second Annual Women and Gender Minorities in Computing Research Day! This is a day to celebrate women and gender minorities in computing research. Everyone of all gender identities is welcome and encouraged to come and join in the celebration!

The event will include events such as keynote talks by professors Amy Zhang (UT ECE) and Eunsol Choi (UT CS), lightning talks by student researchers, a panel discussion on careers with professors Alison Norman (UT CS), Shuchi Chawla (UT CS), Jessy Li (UT Linguistics), and Heather Hanson (UT ECE alum, currently at AMD), and a student panel on careers with senior PhD students entering the job market.
